This research aims to study the organizational climate and the self-development of officers in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. The samples are 213 officers in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital selected by proportional stratified sampling. The data is collected by the use of questionnaires, and analyzed by statistical package. Statistic that uses in analysis data is percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation. The organizational climate is related to the level of development oneself.
